| 10-24-05:
Good morning. There really isn’t anything too interesting that is happening
different in our lives. The last week was pretty ordinary. My mom and dad
came Wed. night to stay the night. Friday night we had small group, and then
Hollie’s mom, Jake, and Alexis came over for the night. Saturday, Hollie got
up and spent the day with Penny and the kids, and I watched football all
day. Yesterday, we went to church, lunch at Penny’s, then watched football
all afternoon. That’s about it, not anything else really. See you next week.
10-17-05: Good
morning. Sorry I didn’t get around to the update last week, I had a lot
going on, and before I knew it the week was ½ over and I hadn’t updated the
page. Not a whole lot new going on. We went to the Texas/ou game 2 weeks ago
and watched the Longhorns destroy the sooners. It was great! Last week, we
just worked all week, and then relaxed at night. We cancelled small group
Friday because no one could make it. Saturday, we had our friends over to
watch the Texas game, and they stayed and played some games that night.
Yesterday, we taught the HS class in the morning at church, then came home
and slept while watching TV all afternoon (neither of us felt good, I think
we ate some bad pizza). That’s about it. As all of you hopefully know right
now, Hollie is pregnant! So far she is doing well. We will keep you up to
date. That’s all for now, see you next week! 10-4-05: Good morning. Sorry this is on Tuesday and not Monday. Truthfully, I got really busy at work yesterday, and totally forgot about it. Anyway, we had a great weekend. Friday night, we had small group, then came home and slept. Saturday, we got up, Hollie was kind enough to clean the house and let me watch the UT game. My parents, and granddad came over that night, and we watched the UT again. Sunday, we went to church, then did a little shopping, then came home and did NOTHING! It was great. We slept a little, and watched TV all afternoon and evening. Anyway, this is UT/ou weekend! I can’t wait!! This is the year, I just know it. I am off next Monday, so I will see you Tuesday when I get back, and hopefully will be bragging about the Texas win I will witness first hand Saturday! Hook ‘em!!
