God, please help us be prayerful about everything we do. Let us turn to you and lean on you with all of our decisions, and all of our rejoices. Please don't let us forget where our blessings come from.

11-13-06:

Psalm 103: 7 - 8 (The Message)

   God is sheer mercy and grace;
      not easily angered, he's rich in love.
   He doesn't endlessly nag and scold,
      nor hold grudges forever.
   He doesn't treat us as our sins deserve,
      nor pay us back in full for our wrongs.

God, let us treat others like you treat us. Don't let our stupid thoughts and anger get in the way of us being a follower of you. Let us be forgiving, and loving, just like you are to us.

Take care! Protect yourself against the least bit of greed. Life is not defined by what you have, even when you have a lot.

God, please don't let us get caught up in greed, and what we have. Let us be content with our stuff and just enjoy each other. Help us see value as you do, not as other people in the world do.
