2-23-09: Good morning. Happy Monday to everyone. Life is busy as usual for us. We were both out of town this weekend, but not together. Hollie had a girls' weekend and went to a resort up on Lake Texoma. I was in Lubbock very briefly to conduct a workshop. I got back late Saturday, Hollie got back yesterday afternoon, and we pretty much have been trying to catch up on sleep since. Other than that, not too much interesting is going on. Penn is starting to talk a lot more (well, make noises that are some what intelligible). Hobs is same ol' Hobs. Last night he came out of his room to go to the bathroom, then before climbing back into bed he tells us "I am going to my bed to cry, then I can move to your bed to sleep." He tried, and he failed. He needs to learn not to announce his manipulations ahead of time and they might be more effective. That's about it for now, have a good week.
2-9-09: First of all, let me apologize for my lackadaisical approach to blogging these past few weeks. This semester is turning out to be insanely busy for me, and I have little to no free time. Blogging is one of those things that is put off when busy, so I ask you to stick with me until the Summer if I do not always update on Monday. I did get the promised videos up, but no Christmas pics just yet. Those are coming I hope. The 2 videos are great though. One for each kid, click their names: PENN and HOBS . I ended up going last minute to Master Follies at LCU this weekend, which was awesome. I say a lot of friends, which was nice, but has led to a very busy Monday for me. Hobs has strep, so I will get to stay home with him tomorrow, but hopefully that will let me catch up on a lot of work. Anyway, that's it for now, have a good week.
