12-17-07: But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. God, thank you for the gift of Jesus. Thank you for coming to us and dying to save us.
12-10-07: Philippians 4:6-7 Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. God, please help us to trust you and realize how blessed we are. Instead of worrying, please help us to focus our energy on helping others.

John 13:35 God, please help us to love one another and think about someone other than ourselves at this time of year. Help us to reach out to others, and show you to them through us.
